Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once the order ships. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

Prices are listed in your store’s configured currency and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Apparel

Graphic tees are made-to-standard on heavyweight cotton. Slight variation in print placement and colour is part of the hand-finished character of each piece.

Canvas & NFT

Canvas pieces are produced to order. NFT collectibles are 1-of-1 digital editions; ownership and transfer are governed by the terms presented at the point of mint. NFTs are non-refundable once minted.

Intellectual property

All artwork, logos, and copy are the property of Modern High and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern High is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store.
