We ship from Toronto. Apparel orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Canvas pieces are made to order and ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

• Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International: 10–20 business days; duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Start a return by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

Made-to-order & digital

Canvas pieces are produced for you and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or flawed — send a photo within 14 days and we’ll remake or refund. NFT collectibles are non-refundable once minted.

Damaged in transit? Keep the packaging, photograph it, and contact us within 14 days. We’ll make it right.
